Barbara O. (Jacobs) Testori, 93, of Chicopee, died peacefully on Thursday, May 28, 2020 at her home with her family by her side. She was an assembler for Buxton Corp. Barbara was born on February 7, 1927 in Springfield and was the daughter of the late George and Celista (Rogers) Jacobs. She was a communicant of the Basilica of St. Stanislaus Bishop and Martyr. Barbara loved ballroom dancing and would go dancing with her husband three or four times a week. She also enjoyed flowers and gardening. Barbara loved being with her family members. Besides her parents, Barbara is predeceased by her husband, Perino Testori, a daughter, Karen Zeller and her eight siblings. She is survived by her daughter, Christine Kaczmarski and her husband, Henry of Chicopee, a son, Andrew Calvanese and his wife, Suzie of New Bern, NC, a brother, Roger Jacobs and his wife, Ida of Westfield; two granddaughters, Dianne Carbonneau of Auburn and Lisa Kaczmarski-Moore and her husband, Robert of Fayetteville, NC and two great grandchildren, Cole Carbonneau and Dylan Carbonneau. Her daughter and son-in-law would like to thank Landmark Compassus Hospice for their compassion and exceptional care. A private funeral will be held with burial in Longmeadow Cemetery.
