Beatrice Rose Puglise, 59, passed away suddenly on Saturday, November 21, 2015 leaving her longtime partner in crime, Michael Gossman. Beatrice was the daughter of Andrew J. and Phyllis (DeCaprio) Puglise. She is survived by her brothers, Andrew Puglise and John Puglise. Auntie Bea will be missed by her nieces, Alysha Puglise, Jaya Puglise and Maya Lee, also her nephews, Anthony and Joe Puglise. Beatrice has also left her aunt and Godmother, Lucy DeCaprio Puglia and an aunt Martha DeCaprio Amatruda, plus numerous cousins in Connecticut and around the nation. Including all the families and friends that have been supported and supporting through the years.

Beatrice was an independent spirit all her life. She graduated early from Salem High School in New Hampshire and attended Boston University. After years in the US Air Force, she started to drive tractor trailer and crossed the US numerous times. After age and an accident prevented her dream of driving, Beatrice went to Bay Path and graduated as a paralegal with a minor in criminal justice. Bea then worked as a paralegal and did other clerical jobs. Beatrice suffered with bad knees and had a failing liver in 2013. She was given a new liver at UMass Memorial Center in Worcester on April 30, 2014. With a full recovery and looking to the future, Bea began to plan for a longer life, but was unexpectedly taken too soon to fulfill her mission in life.

A service will be held at the convenience of the family. There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
