Denise (Fotiathis) Heath, 60, of Springfield MA, passed away November 14, 2015. She was born March 31, 1955 in Springfield, MA. Denise was the daughter of the late Joanne Axiotis and the late Pauline and John Fotiathis.
She is predeceased by a daughter, Heather Heath, a brother, Johnny and a sister, Stella. She leaves behind to mourn her passing, a son, Leroy Chammings Jr.; a granddaughter, Peyton; a grandson, Christian Heath; great grandson Christian Jr.; a daughter, Tammy; sisters, Anna Kirchhoff, Myrcine Malden, Roberta Fecto and Stephanie Hurley; brothers, Thomas, Danny, Steve and Louis Fotiathis and Alan and Glenn Day and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Family and friends are invited to a visitation for Denise on Saturday, November 21, 2015 at the Cierpial Memorial Funeral Home on 69 East St. in Chicopee Falls from 4 to 7 pm. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 59 Bobola Rd. Holyoke, MA 01040
