Jeremy E. Sourdiffe, 41, of Chicopee, died on Monday, December 28, 2015. He was born on August 4, 1974 in Holyoke and was the son of William M. Sourdiffe and Eileen (Redding) Donoghue. Jeremy was educated in the Chicopee School System.
He is predeceased by his brother, Donald Sourdiffe, who died in 2003. Jeremy is survived by his father, William and his wife, Terry of Chicopee and his mother, Eileen Donoghue and her husband, Robert of Belchertown; a daughter, Chloe Pouliot of Chicopee; two brothers, John Sourdiffe of Springfield and William Sourdiffe of Chicopee; a step brother, Chris Donoghue of Belchertown and a step sister, Samantha Russo of Chicopee; a nephew, Douglas Sourdiffe of Chicopee and many cousins.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at 10 am at Fairview Cemetery on Abbey Memorial Dr. in Chicopee. Calling hours are on Monday from 4 to 7 pm at the Cierpial Memorial Funeral Home on 69 East St. in Chicopee Falls. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Chloe Pouliot, at Bank of America, 64 Cherry St., Ludlow, MA 01056.
