Marlene L. (Schmidt) Spillane, 84, of Chicopee, died on Thursday, November 5, 2020 at Willimansett Center West in Chicopee. She was the former owner of Marlene’s Townhouse Restaurant and a mechanic at American Pad & Paper Co. Marlene was born on April 23, 1936 in Dresden, Germany. She was the daughter of the late Franz and Lislotte (Gabler) Schmidt. She was pre-deceased by her long-time companion, Robert Lonczak. Burial will be on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at 9 am at Fairview Cemetery in Chicopee. Cierpial Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
