Timothy A. “Putt” Bernard, 57, of Cartersville, GA, died suddenly on March 15, 2017 at home. Timothy was born on November 15, 1959 in Springfield and was the beloved son of the late Armand Bernard and Alice (Kupiec) Bernard of Chicopee. He worked as a mason. Tim loved the Patriots and Red Sox and enjoyed fishing. He lived life to the fullest and will be deeply missed, and forever in our hearts. Besides his mother, he is survived by two sisters, Diane Bernard of Arcata, CA and Judith Gilliam and her husband, Bob of Chicopee; several nieces and nephews, and his dog, Meko. A Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, April 8, 2017 at the Basilica of St. Stanislaus, 566 Front St. in Chicopee at 10 am.
